Municipal Planning Commission (MPC)
Formed pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, the MPC reviews and approves development permit applications, acts as the municipality's subdivision approving authority, and provides advice to Council on planning and development related matters.

4. Due to the semi-judicial nature of the subject matter and possible litigious action that may fall out of decisions from certain bodies, the unadopted minutes for the Assessment Review Board hearings, the Municipal Planning Commission, and the Subdivision/Development Appeal Board shall not be posted on the web-site.
