2011 Assessment Roll Information

  • Below you will find links to the 2011 non-linear property assessment roll information, broken down into the 5 hamlets plus a separate file for non-hamlet property. The assessment of linear property is done by the Province and so is not included with this information.

How do I find a property?

    1. Choose the right link. If you are looking for a property within one of our 5 hamlets, find its name on the list below and click on the link. All other property is contained in the non-hamlet file.

    2. For hamlet property, you can search using the pdf search function or you can scroll through the document. Properties are listed by plan first, and then block, then lot. Any hamlet properties without a plan, block, lot, are listed at the bottom.

    3. For non-hamlet property, you can also search using the pdf search function or you can scroll through the document. Properties are listed by range, then township, then section, then quarter. Any properties with a plan, block, lot, are listed at the bottom, in that order.

How do I read the information?

    1. The roll number, civic address, legal description, assessment class, and the total assessment for the class are provided.

    2. Some properties have more than one class so may have more than one line of information. To calculate the total assessment for the property, just add the totals for each class.
