    Who is eligible for a mammogram? • Women 50 - 74: this group is most commonly diagnosed with breast cancer, which is why they should plan to get a mammogram every 2 years until they turn 75. This group can self-refer. • For women 40 - 49: screening is optional and they should discuss the risks and benefits of screening with their health care provider. A referral is needed for their first mammogram, which are available online here. • Women 75 and over can continue screening and should discuss the risks and benefits with their health care provider, and may also self-refer. • Screening mammograms are not recommended for women under age 40. Women in this age group should discuss their breast cancer risk and screening options with their health care provider.   2. TENTATIVE - Yoga at Home Workshop Series

    January 19, 2020, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @ Exshaw Community Centre

    With these workshop style sessions, you can learn myofascial releases and restorative yoga that you can practice at home. Simple props will be utilized; therapy balls, foam rollers, yoga straps, yoga blocks, chairs, walls and blankets. These items will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own and your own mat. Take one session of interest or take them all.
