    Cultivate calmness and concentration while getting deeper into your tissues, allowing deep release of tension and stress. Restorative (prop based) and yin (longer held) postures are integrated into this class along with mindfulness and meditation. Suitable for anyone looking to relax, de-stress and release while focusing on strength and flexibility.

  1. GED Preparation at Bow Valley College Mon/Wed, Jan 8 - Apr 8

    January 8, 2020, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ BVC College

    Get the skills to challenge the official GED tests. When you pass these tests, you will earn a High School Equivalency Diploma. GED Prep is offered in a classroom at the Canmore campus, and the GED official exams are written at the downtown Calgary campus. In these instructor-paced classes, you attend regularly scheduled classes 2 nights a week for 14 weeks, giving you a solid foundation in all of the GED subject areas. Take your GED at Bow Valley College. English has two tests, one in reading and one in writing. Preparation for both is covered in the English GEDP9201 course. Passing all five tests earns you a High School Equivalency Diploma:
