With these workshop style sessions, you can learn myofascial releases and restorative yoga that you can practice at home. Simple props will be utilized; therapy balls, foam rollers, yoga straps, yoga blocks, chairs, walls and blankets. These items will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own and your own mat.
